Ticketing Policy

Tickets are available for purchase at on our website or at the Performa 17 Biennial Hub located at:

427 Broadway

New York, NY 10013

Many Performa 17 events are free or moderately priced to ensure that all audiences are able to experience the biennial’s events, talks, and conferences. Some may require a RSVP so check the website for any details on how to sign up for these performances. Free or discounted tickets are one of the many benefits of our membership program -- contact Sarah Haimes at sarah@performa-arts.org

Ticket Exchanges

Ticket buyers are reminded that all Performa sales are final - there are no returns, refunds or cancellations. Tickets will only be refunded in the event of a canceled performance. You are welcome to exchange your ticket for another performance of the same production, not to a different show within the Performa 17, with an additional $3 per ticket fee. To exchange tickets, please contact the box office at boxoffice@performa-arts.org. Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability, and will end on Oct 31, 2017.

Handling Fees

Credit card ticket transactions made online, on the phone, and in person will incur a handling fee of up to $3 per ticket. Handling fees help Performa defray the cost of maintaining an online ticketing functionality. There is no convenience fee charged on tickets or packages purchased with cash in person at the Box Office.

Please note that we only accept credit cards for ticket purchase.

Please note that Biennial Consortium Projects tickets are sold directly through the Consortium partners' box office and are subject to their own ticketing policies.
